Through October and November, you’ll find a unique yoga series at Duke’s that’ll get you all fired up.
Warm Yoga is simply yoga that take place in a humid, heated room. This gets the sweat and the blood pumping almost immediately, flushing your skin and loosening your muscles. It’s fun, and it’s vigorous.
