About Rachel Bilodeau

Rachel Bilodeau has been instructing since 2006. She draws upon in her love for dance when teaching Lengthen Strengthen & Tone and Barre classes.

What Rachel admires most is the non-competitive yet encouraging atmosphere at Duke’s. She sees owner Nate Yandow as always being on hand to support his fitness center staff and help gym members with their physical fitness needs and questions.
