“I have been a member and instructor at Duke’s Fitness Center since the beginning of time when the fitness center first opened. I have been certified in and taught step aerobics, cardio/strength classes, Spinning, and presently I am a Yogafit certified yoga instructor.”

“My vinyasa style yoga class incorporates poses that move fluidly with the breath, from one to the next, building strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance, while creating a mind/body connection. Options for poses are demonstrated, making the class accessible to beginners and/or more advanced yogis.”

Due to limits on participants, All Classes need to be scheduled through the Member Portal or by direct Call to the Gym at (802) 527-1581.
