About Michelle Depot

Michelle has been a spinning instructor at Duke’s Fitness Center since 1996. Her secret passion for Yoga inspires her to combine her two fitness classes together, offering each person in her class a complete workout of mind and body.

In Michelle’s classes, everyone is able to workout at their own level while improving their overall fitness.

We are closed for business as of 8:00 PM, March 23rd. We anticipate a reopen date of April 30th, but will update this as state COVID-19 mandates change.
