Andrew has been a Strength and Conditioning Specialist/Personal Trainer for the past 9 years.
He has done everything from coaching an Olympic lifting team to working with clients with severe neurological disorders. Andrew emphasizes proper form and core engagement to do everything from a squat to walking properly. Using his expertise in how our bodies move, he meets everyone where they are at in their fitness journey and can help you take those small steps towards your best self.
When not working out he can be found hiking with his dog, playing guitar, doing yoga, and cooking.
