Register For Classes in the Member Portal, to secure your spot!
Online Registration may be done at any time, up until the Class Begins.
Start by clicking below, to Open the Member Portal in a new Browser Tab. There is also a link at the top of this page.
1. LOGIN TO THE MEMBER PORTAL
FOR CURRENT MEMBERS AND GUESTS:
If you are a Member, Former Member, Spinner, or Tanner, you should already have access to the Member Portal.
If you have purchased a Membership or Service online, your login name and password are the email address and password you gave at time of purchase.

Enter your password and click Sign In.


You should receive an email in about 5 minutes, containing a Temporary Password (may need to check your Spam/Junk folder). Use this password to login and change it when prompted.
If you do not receive a temporary password email, please contact us by direct message or email to nate@dukesfitnesscenter.com.
FOR NEW MEMBERS AND GUESTS:
Purchasing a Duke’s Membership or Service grants you immediate access to the Member Portal. A great place to start is by trying out a Class with a Guest Pass.




Once Complete, return to the Member Portal Login Screen and login using your email and new password.

2. REGISTER FOR A CLASS
Once logged in to the Member Portal, you can update your Profile, Billing Information, and Login ID/Password on the Main Screen, if you would like.
For all other options, use the Menu on the Left Hand Side of the screen.


Please note that some classes are offered as both Live Online or in the Gym (Yard/Aerobics Room/Onsite). Be sure to select the correct option.
If you are looking at a future date that is not listed, use the options at the top of the screen to search for the date you would like to attend.
To make it show just the current day chosen (not scroll ahead to the next day), select Daily at the top of the screen.

(Optional) Enter any Special Instructions, if needed. If you are registering for someone else, require special assistance, etc., please add it here.
Click Add Appointment, to add the class to your Schedule. You are not registered until you click to Add.
If you are a current Member or Guest and do not have the required Service to attend a specific class, you will be prompted to Purchase it from a list of options. Once that purchase is Complete, you may return to the Class and Register. Please Call Us before paying, if you should have the required service.
3. CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE & ATTEND THE CLASS
Once you have successfully registered for the class you would like to attend, it will appear in your Schedule.


You have the option, at this point, to Drop Class if you registered in error or can no longer make it at that time. This option is available up to 1 hr prior to class.
If you are attending a class or using the gym at Duke’s, there is nothing else to do, except show up and check in with your barcode ID.
If you are attending a LIVE Online class, a link will appear in your Schedule shortly before class, where it currently says LIVE Soon. Login to your Member Portal, MY CLASS SCHEDULE a little before class and use that link to open the LIVE Online Class via Zoom.
If you have never used Zoom before, please plan for an extra 10 min before your first class, to setup your account and install software that will allow the meeting to run through your Browser. For Zoom setup issues, please head to the Zoom website at Zoom.us.
Many of our Classes are AVAILABLE ONLINE OR IN-PERSON!
For LIVE Online Boot Camp style classes, participants will be offered body weight and stationary exercise options.
