Dukes Fitness Center in St. Albans VT, has two types of guest passes that are geared towards the person who is visiting town and wants to hit the gym, or locals who want to feel what it is like to be a member here. 

Stop in to use the gym or to join a class! These passes include: 30 Minute HIIT Class, 30 Minute Total Body Attack, 45 Minute Total Body Attack Class, After School Kids, Beach Ready Core, Cardio Class, Core To The Top, Gym Use, Interval Training, Lower Body Class, Spinning, Spin & Rings, Strengthen Lengthen & Tone, Yoga Class, and Zumba Class.
