“My wellness philosophy is ‘in all things find balance.’ Pilates has brought that into my life and has inspired my love for movement, fitness and health that also contains a mind-body-spirit connection. Sharing this passion on a weekly basis and seeing the results of hard work motivates me to continue to expand my knowledge in order to continuously challenge my student to the best of their ability.”

Michelle has been an instructor since 2002 at our Saint Albans, Vermont gym and fitness class center. She prides herself on providing a relaxed class environment that is fun, friendly, clean and suitable for people of various skill levels.
