“I‘ve been teaching approx 9 years (Yogalates, currently). Did some sports in high school (softball, track and field, cross county, basketball), but really got into fitness around 10-12 years ago in California, while my healthy lifestyle continued on when I moved back to Vermont.”

“I’m trying new classes like Pilates, Spinning, but more recently I’ve become ‘addicted’ to running and I’m trying to find the balance of incorporating strength and improving running performance.”

“I’d say that Duke’s is the place to be because it is unassuming: All are welcome and all levels can be adapted into each class, as well as in the gym environment itself.”
