About Cindy Churchill

Cindy is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She’s been teaching for 15 years, specializing in Spinning and cardio. What’s life like for Cindy outside the gym? “Totally kayaking.” She also enjoys paddle boarding and hanging by the pool with family and friends in the summertime.
