Ann has been practicing yoga on and off for several years. Wanting to deepen her practice and also be able to share the benefits of yoga with others, she started her yoga teacher training at Laughing River Yoga in 2017. She completed a 200 hour certification in 2018 and is currently working on the next, 300 hour certification, involving different styles of yoga, including Yin, Restorative, and Chair. Her class here at Duke’s is a Slow to Moderate Vinyasa welcoming seniors and beginners.
