Nate Yandow is a certified trainer, nutritionist, and the owner of Duke's Fitness Center.
We are closed for inside business as of 8:00 PM, March 23rd. We are currently offering Online Classes, as well as limited Outdoor Fitness Classes with reservation (up to 9 people).
