The Open House

- 9:45am – Spinning with Michelle

Your Best Health Challenge
It’s important to stay healthy, but staying motivated can be tough. Our answer? Take our Health Challenge: Ten weeks of great workouts and dieting advice to build a better you inside the gym and out.

At our health challenge meetups, you’ll get a personal training session to help reach your goals. This includes an assessment of your current diet and exercise regimen as well as goal setting. Here’s more:
