When joining we can help you find what membership options would work best for you. Whether you are looking for shorter or longer term membership, pre-pay for visit packages, membership with class access, or gym-only as well as couple and family options, we can clear up any questions. If you choose to join at sign-up you will receive a membership number to access and track your gym visits. This will help keep you on track with how many visits you are getting a week, month etc and can help you plan for future membership options here based on your patterns. If you choose a visit package then you would check in with a front desk staff to track in the computer system a visit under your name.
We have rental lockers available in the entryway common area if you would like to leave items here overnight. In each locker room there are lockers available that you can bring your own lock and use during your visit but we ask that you remove your lock each visit so there is ample access to lockers for all members use. Our friendly desk staff is always here to help answer questions on equipment, help change a channel or get you what you need for the best workout experience.
New membership perks
Any new member has the option for a free introductory workout program to help get you on track to meet your goals or to get you oriented with the equipment. We want to make sure that you are training safely and effectively to make the most out of your time here. Some people may not be clear on exactly what their goals are and a training session is a great opportunity to learn from a professional how to set realistic goals and the proper steps you will need to take to reach them. Scheduling appointments with a trainer periodically although and added cost after your initial program can be helpful to continue you on your journey as you master your first program or need something new and fresh to help you to get to the next level. We focus on progress not perfection.
Classes are another great way to mix up your training a little and learn from other supportive professional instructors and trainers. We offer an array of classes from Boot Camps, to Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Sport and Spinning to name a few. Instructors work diligently to welcome newcomers and offer options for all levels. When the class room is not booked with a class you are welcome to use all of the equipment and space in the room with the exception of the Spinning bikes as they are for class use only. Cardio Sport is a great new class option that will energize and challenge you to be your best! Our Cardio Sport kids summer program is wrapping up this coming week and the kids have done an amazing job improving their strength speed and agility! We look forward to working with more youth and families in this program and others.
Health challenges are a great way to get more in depth information, accountability and support. You will get individual workouts,assessments and group activities as well as lifestyle health training and education while meeting and working with like minded individuals. We offer challenges ranging from 8-12 weeks in the Fall and in the New year.
We have refreshing protein shakes made on site if you are in need of healthy nutrition post workout and you can pre-order shakes for your convenience if you know when you will be done or if you are in a hurry. We currently use true nutrition whey protein which is of a high quality cold filtration protein without all of the fillers and processed ingredients, along with milk, almond milk or water. We have options which natural nut butters, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and seasonally add options like pumpkin, as well as organic local kale and spinach!
